Through careful listening and consideration, we work to keep your historic building, landscape, and/or property in tact while working with both the town and the Massachusetts Historical Commission. The architecture of older buildings can be difficult to assess without damage and our team recognizes this sensitivity and reaches your goal with care.

Pomroy Associates has overseen various infrastructure relocations along the seashore and continue to provide services for moves. Because the moves often involve historical structures, PA collaborates with Historical Commissions, as well as specialized architects, to successfully dig under, lift, and relocate built structures.

Pomroy Associates acts as a facilitator between lending institutions and real-estate developers, where we work with banks in Massachusetts and Rhode Island to provide council and monthly inspections on properties developed by their lendees. We have overseen and approved the requisition of hotels, restaurants, apartment complexes, breweries, warehouses, and more private institutions.

As soon as we sign on to a project, the marketing begins. We will be present for town meetings and public forums to explain our strategies and to get local citizens on-board with the project. We provide project press releases, video updates, photography, and drone footage all the way through construction.
