He possesses exceptional skills in document review, methods of construction, project oversight, the management of manpower, scheduling, supervising of subcontractors, and successfully estimating/expediting materials and cost projections.

Chris is is an MCCPO-certified project manager with over 30 years of experience within the construction and management fields. As he comes from a Facilities Director position, Chris holds a helpful perspective on how sites are to be organized, streamlined, and managed. His knowledge on project-related costs and budgetary management helps us hurdle unexpected changes within a project.

He possesses extensive experience in all parts of the architectural phase, from design development to construction documentation.
